  • Europe, USA, Canada, Australia: Orders typically arrive within the delivery windows listed in Section 2.
  • Rest of World: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the timeframes above.

Most customers receive their orders sooner than these estimates.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Covered Regions: For shipments to the USA, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom, all customs duties and fees are covered 
  • Other Regions: For destinations outside these areas, any incurred customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Declaration Requirement: Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package.
  • Non‑Compliance: We are not responsible for packages that remain undelivered if the recipient refuses to pay the required customs fees or duties.

5. Delivery Address & Order Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If you notice an error in your order details, contact us immediately at with your order number and the correct information before your order is shipped.
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure address, a re‑shipping fee may apply once the package is returned to us.
  • Local Pickup: In some cases, you may be required to pick up your package from your local postal facility. Please note that if you refuse or fail to collect your package, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
